Blondette is a French-inspired restaurant, concepted by award-winning Chef Daniel del Prado, offering traditional French cuisine fused with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Went there to watch MN United Soccer match- was great with the placement of tvs and loved that they had the game PA on the speakers since it was a playoff game and a designated watch location!

The food was flavorful and delicious! What a nice change from other local restaurants that persist in over-salting their dishes. It was also nice that the background music was just that—background, not deafening, no thumping bass. We look forward to our next date night at Noa!

Food was delicious. Decor was interesting. Service staff was very nice, though slow to grab our order initially. Definitely a unique and fulfilling menu with the environment to match.
