Boiler House at Pearl is a true Texas original. Our first time to Bliss was wonderful. Nick was our waiter and he did not disappoint. He shared the history of the building and the restaurant. His knowledge of the menu and sense of humor provided both me and my husband a wonderful and memorable evening. I would recommend Bliss to anyone looking for an intimate dinner with unique and delicious food.

alexis was amazing!!! her energy made our 4 year dating anniversary super special! everyone who passed by our table made sure that we were at home. thank you all so much management, bar staff, chefs and of course Alexis for making our night a special one. we did indeed get a food coma, but it was totally worth it! thank you all so much for the extra gifts and the n/a wine provided for us before dinner. love you guys!
