Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. First visit. Excellent service from the greeting to the salutation. Lovely atmosphere. Did not review the full wine list but cocktails and glass selections were very nice. Will enthusiastically return!

The food was outstanding as was the service! The only minus is the parking situation; had to go several blocks up a side street to find parking. However, it won't keep us from coming back to this wonderful restaurant! See you soon!

Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant has high-ceilings and an open kitchen so it’s a bit noisy, but not so much that you have to shout at your table. Try the grits!
