Bodega is the street level Tavern, that offers no frills cocktails in addition to draft beer and shots. With a reservation, or if allowed admission from the Bartender upstairs, you can experience The Rest. It is a subterranean gem that looks like a bar that Hemingway would have built. Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand.     ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible brunch here! The space is clean, open, and filled with natural light, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The pancakes were absolutely amazing—fluffy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We also tried the avocado toast and the biscuits and gravy, and every bite was delicious! This place has definitely earned a spot on our go-to brunch list. Highly recommend!

    What an incredible meal! The food was outstanding, and the presentation was that of a Michelin restaurant. Our server Christine was impeccable and did not miss anything. The ambiance was rich and warming. The elk loin was cooked to perfection and the halibut was delicious. If you like beef tartare, this is the place to get it. The salted caramel pudding was the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for that special place for dinner.

    This was a fantastic dinner spot during our trip to Park City! The appetizers were honestly our favorites from the meal, the foccaia, the crispy Brussels and the Spanish octopus. The trout and Utah elk were also amazing. Our server, Aaron, was fantastic too!
