Everything about this restaurant was amazing. My favorite part was that they had unique cuts of meat and that lobster mac & cheese! This is a must stop if you are in Charlottesville!

The Local’s rustic front room, consistently excellent food, and warm and friendly staff make it a dream come true. A warning! Parking can be challenging!

We showed up (very) early for our reservation and they accommodated us. Their raw oysters were ice cold, briny, fresh, clean and already loosened from their shells…just the way they should be. Perfection.

Great anniversary dinner here and some of the best food and ambience in the valley. You can’t go wrong here.

We had an excellent evening. The service, the food , the atmosphere were all wonderful. The cost was very reasonable for the quality we received. Highly recommend the Ridge Room.
