Paffuto is a BYOB Italian cafe from chefs and co-owners Daniel Griffiths, Jake Loeffler, and Sam Kalkut. Housed in a 1,400-square-foot, 23-seat restaurant, Paffuto (meaning plump in Italian) now serves dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with one seating at 7:00.
