Kato serves seasonally-focused tasting menus influenced by Taiwan and Asian American nostalgia. Dining Room Tasting Menu │ $325 The dining room tasting menu focuses on seasonality and innovation. Bar Tasting Menu │ $185The bar tasting menu is a slightly abbreviated collection of classic Kato dishes. An 18% fair wage and operational fee has been added to your bill. It goes to provide elevated, comprehensive benefits, as well as consistent, livable wages for all staff. Though many of our guests choose to leave gratuity for exemplary service, it is neither necessary nor expected, though it is greatly appreciated. This gratuity will be shared by all hourly staff.

The mood, the views, the late summer afternoon that slips mysteriously into a long LA evening under the stars. Any wonder it’s one of the best rooftop bars in downtown Los Angeles. Join us for killer eats and drinks for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. While it is beautiful and incredibly romantic, our outdoor dining space is not weather proof. In the event of rain or severe weather your reservation may be canceled.     10/10 on all aspects, can’t recommend Sushi Palace more! From the food, service, ambience and more, everything was fantastic. The head chef, Max brought out most dishes himself and our server Elise was great. The food, especially all the seafood was so fresh and the attention to detail was top notch. For drinks: Bubble Bath is not only super cute but tastes great too. If you like spicy drinks the Shy Hinata was amazing. Small plates: German dumpfnudel (dumpling) with butter was so tasty and the miso soup had a lot of flavor. The spicy tuna crispy rice was the best I’ve had in LA, the rice was cooked so well it basically fell apart. Nigiri: salmon and hamachi were so fresh In the “new style sashimi” we got the scallop tataki and the flavor was so incredible. Dessert - the brownie with valrhona was to die for!!! Do not skip on that.
