'The Crabtree, with its spectacular position downstream from The River Cafe,has a huge sprawling garden, a glazed colonnade and frontage on to theThames shaded by a weeping willow. The prawns in chilli hot oil and the toastspread with tomatoes and onions were good, so much so we ordered themagain when we returned for Sunday lunch. Fantastic place to meet our daughter for a meal prior to going to the pantomime. Excellent service, attentive staff and time to chat and enjoy an beautiful meal. Excellent mushy peas and tartare sauce complemented the fantastic fish & chips. Plus Tiramisu to die for .
