The Britannia is Richmonds leading independent restaurant and bar. Staff had been very helpful in increasing the numbers in my booking. Warm welcome on arrival m, the requested sparkling wine was produced immediately. Great service and a lovely evening all round, the birthday choux bun was a thoughtful extra.

Harvey, our waiter was very attentive and showed an interest in the menu choices too making the selection process much easier for all. The setting of the restaurant is fabulous and overall it was such a pleasant lunch. I will be coming back again soon maybe even before Xmas if I can get in. Thanks again.

Atmospheric location and cosy environment. The choice and quality of the food was very good but it was the service that was excellent. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive.
