Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors, colors, and textures. Surprisingly, the dishes incorporated a lot of Asian flavors paired with French techniques. Most of the dishes were excellent and unique, though there were a couple of misses. The service was good, with attentive staff. The ambiance was decent and comfortable, not suffocating or uncomfortable at all. Overall, I enjoyed my time and dinner here.

A tremendous dinner — excellent food and service from start to finish. Impressive flavour combinations, equally impressive quality of components, amplified by attentive and warm service. Will be adding Alobar to my regular rotation. Highly recommended!

We had a very good birthday dinner with our grandson. The service was excellent and accommodating. The prices were a bit high although the selection was good providing food in a a range of prices. The food tasted great but portions were a bit modest. The washrooms are clean.

Food not so much, meaning not the restaurant quality but ok for a night out. The service is great though. It was my husband's birthday and the staff sang happy birthday and gave him a complimentary coffee & dessert (warm brownies & ice cream - the best!) which is so unexpected. VIP feeling for sure. This is why we are giving this review a 5star. Thank you. We've convinced a few couple friends to do the VIP dinner & package. Cineplex we're counting on you.
