Tuck away in a corner on the quiet Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining has softly opened. This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour + assortment of cheeses at $108 or a 5 courses menu du jour @ $118 p.p that changes frequently) and 1 drink min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. We are open Tuesday to Thursday lunch and dinner during TAFE Term time until 28 November 2024.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase fort he whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Amazing experience we had, service was exceptional and knowledgeable. We had the calamari, southern fried tenders and beef wellington - some of the best vegan food I’ve had and will be returning to try more!!

OH MY GOD! One of the best dining experience i’ve had in my life. Everything was spot on and above perfect! Patrick and Eddy are such a wonderful people. Dining here felt like home. Like someone’s cooking for at home with so much love. The foods are beyond words and I woke up today still thinking about it. I’ll be coming back for sure. I can’t wait to be back.
