The ambiance, service, and entertainment make an evening at Monarque a delightful experience. The food was very good though portions were a little on the smaller side for the entree prices, and presentations involved a fair amount of sauce/gravy with the meat dishes. Some of the more flavorful items were the sides and appetizers such as the Alaskan King Crab and the Brussels sprouts (they were amazing). The craft cocktails were fantastic and the pistachio crème brûlée was a perfect finish (and easy to share). Overall, while a bit expensive, it was a wonderful evening. I would definitely return.

What a delightful and home-like experience in a historic setting! The young waitstaff are delightful and personable. Chef Dan even come out to greet the guests. He is a great conversationalist and very knowledgeable about the property’s history.
