Nobody confirmed our special offer nor were we offered a menu stating it - we had to ask (and I had my confirmation ready to show them if necessary) The steak was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Tables are very close to each other and it was very busy and noisy

We had a wonderful Festive afternoon High Tea with my two Children and really enjoyed ourselves.. It is our second visit to Savoy and the service and atmosphere is always impeccable! We were firstly greeted by our host Carinda graciously and explained our Menu in excellent detail and manner and made our experience extra special! The staff greeted us kindly. Unfortunately, they couldn’t have our table ready when we arrived on time so we had to wait 10-15 mins. But we were given a nice corner table. We ordered from the fixed price menu: pumpkin soup, chicken and ham terrine, mussels, steak tartare, creme brûlée, and steamed Christmas pudding. Food was excellent on the whole. I think the mussels were a bit too creamy and didn’t need that much cream. But the quality of the mussels was very good. Jasmine tea was of excellent quality! Table wine was so, so and we should have trusted the waiter on this one. We wished we’d ordered better wine. Service was very good overall. Nice atmosphere, good quality food and tea. Cannot wait to go back and try the burger.

Excellent atmospheric brasserie right in the heart of London, the set price menu seems to be good value, I had an excellent and very tasty, large, piping hot mushroom soup and a chicken main course, that was perfectly seasoned and extremely tasty. Efficient friendly service; I will certainly come again soon.

We were fortunate to be seated at the chef’s table, where we had the privilege of watching the impeccably skilled kitchen staff at work—it was like witnessing culinary artistry in motion. The attention to detail in both the food and presentation was outstanding, with every dish showcasing creativity and precision. The flavors were beautifully balanced, and the entire experience felt truly special. We can’t recommend this gem highly enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
