Service super, Bedingung schnell und zuverlässig, Wildsuppe heiß und gut, Gänsekeule, schmackhaft , warm, gut gebraten, Rotkraut erinnerte mich an meine Kindheit, ein großer Kloß ist ausreichend, Portion optimal. Der empfohlene Rotwein sehr passend und wohl temperiert.

It was an amazing experience food-wise. I loved the atmosphere and the food was really exciting and new. Some combinations felt very Japanese inspired while the resulting taste was very German. The bread was spectacularly good. I had a wine pairing with the menu and was beyond impressed with the choices—especially loved the foray into Czech wine. I do wish that there was some small explanation of the dishes on the menu (it seems to only list main ingredients) but perhaps they want to encourage a dialogue with the service staff, which was outstanding and very helpful. One small negative note: not all plates were optimally salted. This did not impact my overall enjoyment of the meal.

Hervorragende Küche und sehr nettes und aufmerksames Service trotz vollem Lokal. Wir hatten das sorbische Menü (absolutes Wohlfühlessen auf höchstem Niveau) und das vegetarische Rübengericht (sehr gut gewürzt, ausgesprochen lecker). Wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Kleine aber feine Karte. Sehr gutes Essen, überaus freundlicher Service.
