Pastavino translates to pasta & wine, the quintessential Italian experience, drawing inspiration from the traditional trattorias & enotecas throughout Italy. Michelin Star Chef Josh Laurano's menu focuses on modern interpretations of familiar Italian flavors, house made pastas, focaccia & secondi. We pride ourselves on seasonality, using local ingredients, and allowing them to be the soul of the menu - Materia Prima. If you do not see your desired time or party size please check RESY or call the restaurant directly . We do not put all tables online to allow for phone reservations and walk in's. Please include all guests in your party including those who may be in strollers or high chairs. While we love to celebrate life's special occasions with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing balloons into our dining rooms.We try our best to accomodate all requests and preferences, however tables located along the window are seated on a first come first served basis.

Cafe Luna is an Italian restaurant focusing on fun and fine seafood. The inside of the restaurant is equal parts refined and whimsical, with subtle ocean-inspired nods. Blue and green accents throughout the restaurant evoke the water and Cafe Luna prominently features all of its seafood dishes. Cafe Luna has an extensive pizza menu made in the classic Nepolitan style. There are plenty of varieties like the magherita, napoletana and caper and olive oil, to name a few.     This place is awesome in an awesome location. Everything is fresh and authentic. The service is out of this world! The waitress would come over and pour or bottle of wine they even answered any questions we had. The owner came up to our table and greeted us! This place felt homey in an area that has changed so much over the years. I would definitely recommend this for any date night, out with friends or a family outing.

    Cafe Mars was AMAZING. The service was so personal and attentive and kind. The food was BOMB. The pasta with Sunday sauce and breaded trumpet mushrooms were real stand-outs. Best meal and overall dining experience I’ve had in a long time.

    Gargiulo's is a Coney Island institution. The food is excellent, as is the service. With Chef Matthew Cutolo, we're never disappointed. Classic Italian cuisine, with a modern twist. Do yourself a favor, take a walk on the Boardwalk, and end up at Gargiulo's. You'll not be disappointed.

    My favorite restaurant on SI. The eggplant parm with the spicy vodka pasta is amazing. We also had a gorgonzola and apple salad and octopus appetizer that everyone enjoyed and the wait staff was a 10. When the table wanted a bottle of red wine they came over and thoroughly explained all of the options, region grown and gave samples of each to try. Definitely recommend for date night, GNO, anything at all.
