Claudio Pirollo grew up in Belgium where he soon discovered his passion for cooking as he wandered around his father’s fine Italian épicerie (grocery store) and watched his mother prepare dinner every day. The dual influence of Italy and Belgium triggered Chef Pirollo’s aspirations to develop his knowledge and experience with different flavors.A Trattoria is not a pizzeria, it is an Italian-style eating establishment that is generally much less formal than a ristorante but more formal than an osteria. Great food and service! Everyone was very accommodating. Host gave us a very nice table at the window, on a cold and rainy night. He knew the heaters were over there. Our server was wonderful. He suggested a very good wine and brought us a little taste of it first. Our entrées were delicious and cooked to perfection. This was our second time there and it will be our last

I love this restaurant and have been going since they opened many years prior to the pandemic. The pasta is prepared on the premises and the prices are reasonable. Great quality!
