    Wow.. This restaurant left me and my partner absolutely at a loss for words. Before I begin HUGE shout out to the most amazing server I've ever met, Graham. He really curated our experience and brought a personal yet professional level of excitement to our dining experience. Every dish was crafted with immense care and quality. The story behind the dishes and the flavour profile was nothing short of a immaculate dining experiences. Huge thank you to Chef Daniele for exceptional food and a wonderful conversation.     Amano was amazing! The ambiance was very cool. It was pretty crowded but our server was attentive throughout the meal. And most importantly, the food was wonderful! We got the arancini and focaccia appetizers to share, I got the mushroom tagliatelle and my husband got the braised short rib entree, and we finished with the tiramisu and pumpkin panna cotta for dessert. We loved everything and didn’t feel ridiculously full when we left. We will definitely go back next time we’re in Toronto!
