Carlos@b&v brings the finer side of dining and service to this unique little part of North London, on the Green in Winchmore Hill, a stone's throw from the mainline station of the same name and a short drive from Southgate on the end of the Piccadiily Line. Carlos himself is a restauranteur with flair, having built a reputation in the area over 30 years and so his experience with executing a dynamic and slick establishment brings much to be excited about. Guests will get that familiar 'welcome back' feeling even if they happen to be newcomers. The interiors are comfortably chic but inviting, with a warm ambience and the atmosphere is busy and vibrant. Live music and niche little magic entertainers are a regular occurrence. With an open alfresco feel in the summer, looking out on to the Green itself and a pavement terrace in warmer months too. Had a lovely dinner at Officina OO before a concert at the Barbican. The pasta dishes were all excellent (especially the wild mushroom raviolo) and they have a great selection of wines. The staff are lovely and we were out in time for our concert

This iss such a reliable, high quality Italian restaurant in Hampstead. Reassuringly, the Maitre d' has been warmly welcoming me, my friends, and family for as long as I can remember. It's the perfect place to catch up with old friends for a leisurely gossip or to have a working lunch with colleagues or clients. At the weekends the first floor has a resident pianist to entertain at evening dinner.

If we could give 10 stars we would! This is such a wonderful restaurant. The food, wines, service , ambience are all outstanding! To pick a few items off of the menu, I would recommend the gnocchi, which is homemade and outstanding + the modernese pizza is one my favourites. The quality of the ingredients and all the food is always guaranteed.
