Inspired by an Italy road-trip Chef Ryan and I (Arturo) took back in 2008, we’re pleased to introduce Catania, the newest member of the Whisknladle Hospitality family. Here, we’ll be featuring simple, seasonal and authentic Italian Coastal Cuisine (None of the Italian version of TexMex you see most other places). We sat down and started with some drinks and ordered some amazing warm bread, a chopped salad, carpaccio, all impressive! As always the service, food, specialty drinks are my favorite dessert spot is Marisi!

This was our second visit, and everything was excellent -from the beautiful holiday decor, the excellent wait staff, to the food . The server Valerie's timing was impeccable, the cocktails very generous, and even the temperature was perfect. The first time we dined here, we had a seasonal appetizer of poached peaches, prosciutto, and whipped burrata on country bread that was one of the best things I have ever eaten. We live out of state - otherwise would be dining here often.

We went there with friends for dinner for my husband‘s birthday. We sat on the patio. It was warm on a December night. The food was amazing. The service was spectacular. It was easy to make a reservation with OpenTable. We will definitely go back to North Italia at One Paseo in the future.
