Since opening in 1998 by chef Salvatore Taormina, from Palermo, this cozy and unique Italian restaurant has been a gathering spot for many of friends and family.     The carbonara is my favorite pasta on the menu it did not disappoint. Had a chicken special which was also good. Regrettably it was really hot upstairs, and they don’t seem to be able to do anything about that. And I mean 79 degrees if the thermostat is to be believed. On a 20 degree night. Seems it is all one zone heat/AC.

    My boyfriend and I had the best time at 16 Prospect last night! Joe Regan lead an open mic that was fantastic! I sang along with some amazing vocalists and the place was so festive and lively. It was an awesome night. The food and drinks were delicious. The servers were attentive and cheerful. It was so much fun.

    I loved this place!! The wonderful man in my life brought me here for the first time the other night, and It was a wonderful little place. The atmosphere, people, staff members, and ambiance were simply wonderful!! The food is so good, and the portions are no joke, I ordered the Lobster Fettuccine, and it was so delicious. I was able to eat a good amount, take the rest home. I did try to Tiramisu, and I felt like I was in HEAVEN!! It was silky, delicious, not too overpowering, and just melted in my mouth. I 100% recommend this place. Perfect for a first date, night out, or family dinner. 🥰
