The combination of Peru’s rich biodiversity and unique cultural influences from East Asia & Europe, have made LIMA one of the most exciting gastronomic capitals of the world. Brothers Gabriel and Jose Luis Gonzalez opened LIMA in Fitzrovia in 2012 as a window to Peru’s emerging gastronomy. They wanted to bring the cuisine’s vibrancy and soul to London. Over a decade later, the LIMA team are privileged to serve the finest Peruvian flavours at LIMA in Fitzrovia, LIMA CANTINA, and here at LIMA SHOREDITCH, located at the Sun Street Hotel. Located just a short walk from Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street rail and tube stations, LIMA SHOREDITCH brings LIMA’s classic dishes alongside new menu creations. The menu offers a modern take on traditional Peruvian cooking with references to Nikkei cuisine and Chifa (a blend of Japanese and Chinese cooking techniques with native Peruvian produce).

Jorge Pacheco Herrera, owner of the renowned restaurant "El Inca Plebeyo" in London, England, brings a piece of Ecuador to haute cuisine.
