Dominick was a good server especially since he’s only been on the job a couple of weeks. We started with ceviche and tuna poke tacos, both very good. Main course was fajitas all around, mahi, shrimp and steak, good but ……

My husband and I have been going here for years. The food is great and their service is always excellent. They never skip a beat. One place we can always depend on that is consistent.

All the food was delicious! We ordered the fresh guacamole, carnitas tacos and fajitas. The Spanish rice and street corn were delicious too! Food was very fresh and Cadillac Margaritas were wonderful. We will definitely be back. :)

Went for weekend brunch today. Was amazing! Tapas style and just as fabulous as any dinner I’ve had there over the past almost 20 years. Would definitely do the weekend brunch again!

Rosa Mexicano is a true gem in Las Vegas, offering an authentic taste of Mexico that exceeds expectations. From the moment we arrived, the vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The pink chips and salsa were a delightful start, with the fresh, flavorful salsa perfectly complementing the warm, crispy tortilla chips. For our main course, we indulged in the Parrillada for two, which featured a mouthwatering selection of grilled meats, including steak, chicken, and chorizo, all bursting with flavor. The beautifully presented platter was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. A highlight of our visit was speaking with Chef Fernando Guerrero, whose passion for Mexican cuisine shone through as he shared his culinary journey. His dedication to using quality ingredients and traditional recipes is evident in every dish. Without a doubt, this was the best Mexican meal we've had in Vegas, and we can't wait to return. We highly recommend Rosa Mexicana to anyone seeking authentic flavors and a fantastic dining experience!
