We love this neighborhood place. Great margaritas and super authentic flavors. The best approach to the menu IMHO) is to get a cocktail w:guac and chips while you contemplate the near future. While nibbling and sipping, pick a selection of tacos, ceviche,appetizers and other small plates adequate for your party. We love the carne asada, de lechon and camaron tacos. Oh, the birria and consommé is amazing too. Just go, and bring at least four people. Make reservations.

Me and my co-workers got together for a post Christmas dinner and this was an absolute perfect place for drinks and loud fun. The portions are great for sharing and everything is delicious. Their drink menu is great, lots of fun flights to chose from. It’s not a huge place so it’s pretty tight and gets packed. Also very loud so I wanted recommend for quiet romantic dinner but fun with friends definitely two thumbs up.

Never a bad experience at this upper east side satellite of the 50th Street location. Always terrific ingredients and prep. Attentive and friendly service. A neighborhood gem.

We love Tio Taco, the food is always delicious and they have the best guacamole on the planet! We have tried several different dishes on the menu and all are fresh with nice size portions.The service on this visit was a bit slower but we weren’t in a rush.

This is a go-to for me and my family. The kids love the fresh made guacamole and the elotes. The birria tacos are downright amazing, and a staple every time we come. Never a disappointing experience for us, looking forward to our next visit!
