We had an excellent Thanksgiving dinner, Nov 28, 2024. Food, service, ambience, wine was excellent. We ate at many Michelin Stars restaurants. Eight4Nine deserve a Michelin Star. Outstanding experience. Restaurant very popular. Thank you for a very memorable dinner.

My Thanksgiving dinner at Copley’s was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a holiday celebration. The meal was exquisite—each dish expertly prepared and full of flavor, a true testament to the restaurant’s high standards. A special shoutout to Grace, our server, who went above and beyond to ensure our evening was flawless. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and impeccable service made our experience even more enjoyable. She truly added a personal touch to the evening that will not be forgotten. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, I highly recommend Copley’s. This will surely become a holiday tradition for me!

The outdoor dining is calming and the lakeside views are so unique to the desert. The black swan floating by was an added magical moment. The delicious food was served while we gazed at the lighted fountain in the center of the lake and felt the warmth of the fire pits. It was just a delightful evening.

As always superb.We come to the valley several times a year.Spencer’s is always a must stop,food amazing Rafael the best of taking care of your ever need .Will be back on Sunday before heading home.👏👏👏👏
