Always excellent. The 1905 Salad is Amazing. Any dish served with the yellow rice is a winner.

Had lunch with my Wife. The Food & Service was amazing. Very relaxing laid back atmosphere. Highly recommended.

So nice to get a different yet authentic twist on Cuban food! The pasta with crab was completely unexpected but wonderful! I will be dreaming about it for months to come. The owner and senior staff are great. Language barriers may still be a problem with the wait staff, but we got most of what we ordered! I won't be returning on a Wednesday any time soon as the karaoke was loud, but when it's nice enough again to sit outside this won't be a problem. The karaoke lent a good vibe, but it was hard to talk.

The flamenco show was fantastic, so much talent and emotion from the dancers and the live band. Highly recommend for the food and the entertainment. Suni and Rueban were excellent servers, the whole staff is so welcoming.

Carmine's is well-known as one of the best restaurants in Ybor. The food - ranging from salads or cuban sandwiches, to crab pasta or shrimp piccata - is delicious, fresh, and unique to the Tampa area's culture. The server was attentive and even my somewhat picky parents were pleasantly surprised with the meal. The only (minor) downside was that it's not at all a quiet place to enjoy your meal, probably still one of the most chill places to eat in Ybor, so if you're looking for some outstanding food to start a night out in the area and aren't looking for a romantic candlelight ambiance, this is a great place to go. Also, my cocktails were perfect and less expensive than I was expecting.
