The Japanese A5 was served on a hit plate which cookes the meat as it came to the table. Because of this the steak was cooked more than medium rare and the hot peppers that came with it were too spicy to eat. The brussel sprouts were underwhelming. Overall, the service and other many items we ordered were wonderful. I recommend the New York steak, potato puree, and Sticky Toffy Pudding...simply delicious!!!

Food is fantastic but very pricey. Don't waste your money on the side of scallops there are only 2 for 50 dollars. Go for the side of lump crab, enough to share for 30 dollars. Prime rib is highly recommended!

Excellent service and amazing Centro Sips menu and a truly relaxing start to our evening!

This is an exceptional restaurant. Please do not let the outdated plaza which houses the restaurant fool you. This is an oasis where the food and service are exceptional. We have been coming here every Vegas trip.
