Launched in Hong Kong in 2009, Tim Ho Wan now operates throughout the region, and has expanded into 9 different countries, now including New York City and Hawaii in the USA, and Tokyo, Japan. Co-founding dim sum masters, Mak Kwai Pui and Leung Fai Keung, who met as head chefs in Hong Kong, left their respective positions to open the first Tim Ho Wan location in Hong Kong’s Mong Kok district, earning one Michelin star within a year of operation and receiving the title of “world’s most inexpensive awarded restaurant”.

Enveloped in shades of signature blues, the entrance to Hakkasan Las Vegas restaurant invites guests to enter into a different world.
