Ognisko restaurant on Exhibition Road in the heart of South Kensington, is just a stone’s throw away from the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Royal Albert Hall and London Imperial College. Housed in the beautiful Victorian home of Ognisko Polskie club the restaurant is focusing on the cuisines eastern and Central Europe. The bar is open all day serving light dishes as well as mouthwatering desserts. Ognisko’s bar serves a wide range of fruit and spice -infused vodkas, classic cocktails and a small range boutique beers from regional Polish breweries. The restaurant can sit up to 80 guests together with a terrace overlooking communal gardens seating up to 40. The restaurant is warm and cosy, full of nostalgia, the special touches such as music and fairytale stories are great too. The food is very tasty, could not fault it, complements to the chef! All in all a very warm and authentic experience!

One of my favourite restaurants in London. The food is always great and I have been a loyal customer for 10 + years. It’s a gorgeous restaurant in a lovely area. Everything about this place is great including the service. Thank you for another great experience.

Second time here (came when it first opened) - and we all had a very good meal and service. The chicken pie as a starter was lovely as was my chicken Kiev and other dishes the others had. The Odessa Red had great flavour and at a good price. We all decided we would return soon. Recommend
