What an absolute wonderful restaurant from ambience , service , staff and amazing food. It made my friend’s Christmas extra special and they have just been amazed. Traveling solo I wanted a tasty Christmas dinner in a casual cozy restaurant. Bennie’s delivered on all fronts. The small restaurant was busy but not overly packed. I truly appreciate the staff who came into work on Christmas Day evening and provide a delicious meal and friendly service to their diners. I chose the 3 course dinner and asked to substitute sparking water for the champagne which they did with no fuss. The Chicken Pate was served with a wonderful fresh bread. It was savory and the raspberries provided just the right touch of tart and sweet. The Duck Breast was flavorful and the cranberry sauce again provided a nice touch to cut through the richness of the meat. Rounding out the meal I chose the Chocolate Mousse which was delicious. I’ll definitely return next time I’m staying in the area.

Second time here (came when it first opened) - and we all had a very good meal and service. The chicken pie as a starter was lovely as was my chicken Kiev and other dishes the others had. The Odessa Red had great flavour and at a good price. We all decided we would return soon. Recommend

Excellent experience both in terms of the food and the unique Georgian wines offered (and the recommendations in respect thereof from the staff) and also in conversations with the staff as to history and traditions of the culture. Would go back next time I’m in London.
