Christmas Eve late lunch. The service was excellent & the food was delicious

We eat here a couple of times a year knowing the food is consistently good. Lovely staff. We are lucky to have this restaurant fairly close. Good variety on the menu, the menu does not change much but there is still plenty to choose from.

Is a lovely Gastropub near The Royal Crescent. Staff are fruendly and professional. Been there several tikes when stsying in Bath. Good choice of food but as a non garlic llover, I should have avoided the mushroom rissoto. Their fush and chips and steak are excellent. Can be a little noisy at busy times as children and dogs there but has a happy atmosphere.

Hotel only gave a supplement of £30pp and the al a carte menu would have not been covered eg: lamb chop £34. There was nothing on this menu really to cover the £30pp. Luckily there was a festive menu at £40pp for three course meal therefore only had to pay an additional £10pp. Starter of soup was very small ( 3-4 spoonfuls) and a very small piece of bread, to follow was a very large plate of Xmas dinner and the dessert was nice as well. Overall best to have the festive menu. Only downside was they give you the full bill to pay and when you check out refund you? Also they added sevice charge and we were guests at hotel

The food was exceptional lots of flavour and good quality. The service was outstanding friendly and professional, which is a very good balance very welcoming and a very good environment. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again
