Our afternoon tea at Ting, Shangri-La was an amazing experience 😍 We went as a party of 6 to celebrate my 60th birthday and were made welcome from the moment we walked in. Our server was both knowledgeable and helpful, explaining to us how our food would be served and checking for allergies. The food and service were outstanding and a singer and guitarist created a wonderful ambience throughout our afternoon tea. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion.

Excellent dinner for two, first visit. Requested a table in a very quiet position, near a fireplace if possible. Though could not easily see latter, were perfectly tucked around corner away from main seating area. Food choice and quality excellent, glass of wine each good. Only drawback that two of the ?five pudding options were gone, and this being not late in the evening. Slightly un-attended service, perhaps in part due to our tucked-away position, but this was very polite and helpful whenever waiters were by the table. All three courses came promptly after ordering with an acceptable wait. Cost of meal high, but fair value for the overall experience. We relished the ambience, so enjoying our evening there that we didn't notice the time, had to pay the bill very fast and run for a train (got it two mins to spare!). Would come again for a treat.
