Previously known as BBQWhiskyBeer back in our pop-up days, we have continued to cook using smokers, a charcoal oven and over fire on a grill. The menu takes influence from barbecue all over the world, smoking, roasting, charring and grilling, inspired by the smoked meats of great American pit masters; but cooked with a Modern British touch. Alongside the barbecue we are renowned for our incredible burgers - particularly our Burger of the Month (BOTM) which, as you can guess, changes every month. I had a very relaxing time. The food was unique and different from afternoon tea in other hotels. I really liked the scones here. They were crispy, small, easy to eat and the jam was delicious. I was also happy that they provided high chairs for my baby. The atmosphere is casual, perfect for visiting with my kids. It was full when I visited. Everyone enjoyed chatting so I didn't have to worry if my kids were a bit loud.
