Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. I have lived in NYC for almost six years now and let me tell you….this restaurant has topped all of my dining experiences hands down. The food is sensational and the environment has so much modern elegance. We also adored our server Amorelle!

We had a great time again here. I had the Pappardelle Alla Buttera, and my son had the Gnocci Castagne. Both were excellent. Gabriel, our server, and the rest of the service team were very attentive despite being extremely busy. Besides the tables being very close together, the atmosphere was lively and fun.
