She made some very good recommendations and was extremely attentive to our table. It was our guests first time experiencing Vidalia. They were all amazed how good the menu was and the excellent flavors and choices. We enjoyed the great stuffed Onion, stuffed mushrooms and the Calamari. We also order a pasta course which included the Cannelloni, The rigatoni vodka, and the Cacio Pepe. All were excellent. Our entrees were over the top excellent. The Short Rib special with the mushroom risotto was delightful. Our guests enjoyed the evening so much they purchased gift cards for their friends and family! Vidalia as an excellent restuarant!!!
