Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Inventive seasonal dishes—like wax beans with bottarga and boquerones—share the menu with updated classics like beef tongue tonnato, alongside a carefully curated list of wines by glass and bottle.     The wonderful welcome you get walking in is just the first of many delights. Stunning flowers are everywhere! The amuse bouche is warmed focaccia you use to scoop up my grandmother’s tomato sauce from a saucer…at least my taste buds thought it was hers. The delicious calamari was cooked with a dusting of breadcrumbs. The scottadito lamb was amazing! Have had many a wonderful pasta here. “A tavolo non si invecchia”. Here it is true!

    Love Demo. So much variety in the menu and every dish I've ordered in the three times I've been here are delicious. I love their butter beans, the caraflex cabbage, the pasta with duck ragu and the fluke. Cant wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

    Delicious French bistro cuisine combined with added delight of comfort food. Good selection for lunch and dinner. The new space is comfortable and welcoming. We recommend the boneless fried chicken, omelettes and any fish specials. Of course, one must have the Croque Monsieur or Croque Madame!
