Mr Tompkins is a classic European-style restaurant with a modern twist using Native Australian Bushfoods. Our head chef Eric Kwek, previously from CODA, has carefully curated the menu with quality local produce.Our paperbark Roasted Murray cod is our signature dish.Paperbark is traditionally used by indigenous cultures as bedding and to wrap proteins in before tossing them into the fire and we have adopted this method to cook our Murray Cod.
