Romanian good is amazing, and this family owned restaurant does it right!

I love Baker and Wife especially when sitting at the bar. I watch the bartender create the drinks, It's like a fantastic show. The cocktails are excellent, and chilled to perfection. The food is delicious, I had the SPICY THAI RED CURRY SEAFOOD & LINGUINE, perfectly spiced. Great staff. Make a reservation for table or bar.

They were particularly generous with the tea, continuing to encourage us to try more. Our group of 4 went through about 19 pots of tea, and they were still encouraging us to try more. Quality was good too. The food was also good. They made some accommodations for the gluten free member of our group, even though I'd forgotten to give them notice up front. Overall we were very impressed and happy. The only issue was that I'd first made an OpenTable reservation 2 weeks prior and they called me the morning after I made it to tell me they were already full (this was around Christmas time). There was no issue honoring the 2nd reservation weeks later.

Outstanding all the way around. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Friendly and professional service in a lovely atmosphere. We ate indoors but there is outdoor seating also. We look forward to our next visit.

The wait staff is very attentive and well versed on the restaurant menu. Atmosphere was quaint and welcoming. The food was the best Italian that I have had since my grandmothers. Chef came out to make sure we were enjoying our food and introduced themself. Menu changes with the seasons. Will definitely be back.
