Hands down the best locavore Canadian foodie heaven

We were sat at the window and had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was delicious and perfectly balanced and seasoned perfectly. Our only complaint is that it took one full hour to receive our order. We arrived very hungry so the wait was difficult. We enjoyed our time regardless and the view is other worldly.

Have been coming to this restaurant annually. While there have been significant changes to the menu with new ownership the food quality and service remain top notch. While the fixed price menu is a turnoff for some, I found enough options to choose and food portions are modest. Also we frequently take our dessert to go. I noted a review complaining about lack of wine selection by the glass. There are some good half bottles available. Also non alcoholic wine is available for those who do not drink alcohol. I had the traditional butter leaf salad, the scallops,the black cod and the millefeuille. The food was excellent and the sauces wonderful. My husband tried caribou for the first time and was pleased. Our server, Marcel, was a top notch professional. Will be back next year.

One of the best meals we’ve had at a restaurant. We started with a table side ceasar salad and oysters, both were absolutely amazing. The steaks were cooked to perfection and our sides were so tasty. We finished with a banana cream pie for dessert and WOW!! The best pie I’ve ever had. It’s on the higher end price was but worth every penny. Would definitely go again.

We went to Juniper Bistro in Banff with friends to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and it was an excellent experience. The food was delicious, and the service was great. I had a grilled portobello burger with a fresh salad, and I loved it. My friend enjoyed modern-style huevos rancheros, her partner chose a traditional dish, and my husband had poached eggs with meat—everything was amazing. The coffee was also very good. Definitely a place to return to!
