The service was subtly amazing …the 2-3 waiters were professional yet very personable, attentive, and thorough…Giome carefully wrapped the leftover appetizer and main (we couldn’t finish) before putting it in the takeout containers. The Snow Days special was an amazing value, with good portion sizes, & a nice unique variety of options. The Artic Char flavours were, layered and nuanced, with different textures (IE: crunchy nuts). Also enjoyed the, venue, ambience, & live music. Thoroughly enjoyed the Bison and will definitely be back! Thank-you!

J’ai été enchanté. Mon ribeye était parfait : tendre, juteux, avec une cuisson impeccable et une croûte savoureuse. Les accompagnements, comme les légumes grillés, complétaient parfaitement le plat. L’ambiance chaleureuse et le service attentionné ont rendu l’expérience encore meilleure. C’est une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de viande. Je recommande sans hésitation !

We were travel weary and wanted a good brunch before an afternoon snooze. Google pointed us to River Cafe and to our delight, it was perfect in every way. The views outside, the ambience, the staff, the food = perfection. The only thing that would bring me back to Calgary (sorry, Calgary) is the thought of another meal at River Cafe.

Awesome place to eat and enjoy your companions. Food was great, waiting staff excellent, overall experience was excellent. Will definitely come back.
