we originally had a bigger party, and unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances only half the group was able to make it. They were very welcoming and made our birthday celebration a blast.

Seldon Standard is an experience for the senses - the ingredients are so uniquely and deliciously well paired! The presentation and delivery is well timed so that each dish can be enjoyed separately. So very good! It is a little dark, and with such beautiful food and to read the menu, the lighting could be better. My next visit I would like to sit at the bar, it’s warm, cozy from the fire ovens!

Really enjoyed the small tasting menu and appreciated the complexity behind 3 choices for each of the five offerings. Also came with bread and butter and a salad to share. The sauces were mostly outstanding, and very creative dishes to boot. We did one beverage pairing in our small party and the wine and dessert wine choices matched the restaurants adventurous spirit. Service was excellent. We would love to go back and maybe try the long tasting menu. Love that format and venues that push it. Came for a birthday and really had a great evening.

Food was good. Appetizer cheese- to-dip , with pistachios - was excellent. The gentlemen both had the short ribs - very plentiful and tasty. My scallops had a bit too much sauce ( kinda made them salty) . Drinks were nice. Waiter very attentive.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive. She provided me with a GF menu. The drinks and food were amazing. The ambiance is very chic - like modern speakeasy vibes. Loved the music too! Perfect for a date night or dinner and drinks with friends!
