The food was fantastic—exceptionally flavorful, creative, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the oysters, draniki (potato pancakes), short ribs, and a dessert sampler. The oysters were fresh and delicious, and the draniki might have been my favorite, topped with fresh herbs and smoked fish. The short rib was rich and flavorful—my father absolutely loved it. The dessert sampler was both inventive and delightful. We opted for the wine pairing, which was thoughtfully curated and complemented the meal perfectly. The staff was gracious, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. We asked the hostess to have the music lower a bit and her response was; let me ask the manager. Volume was not lowered; we then asked our waiter and he immediately made the miracle of listening g to the request. We arrived at 11:30 and it was nice and quiet. It became more loud and lively as the place filled up. Tip: It is one of the few local restaurants open on Monday, so a reservation is a must!
