Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large fireplace grill, wood-burning oven, white quarter-sawn oak bar, chef’s counter, and heated outdoor dining patio with umbrellas. The menu at Adele’s focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly and offers a wonderful weekend brunch from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Adele’s provides free parking in the first 2 rows of angled parking spots located directly in front of our building (validation required). If our parking lot is full, we offer validated parking in the parking lot across the street (1207 McGavock St.) or the parking garage behind Adele's (1222 Demonbreun St.). It’s hard to find a contemporary American restaurant that really raises the bar on creativity, innovation, flavor, and service, but the Pelican & Pig provides on every front. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Our server gave us great recommendations on food and drink; he was attentive but not intrusive. We’re pretty selective about where we spend our date night budget, and we will definitely be coming back. The cook on the steak was so perfect that we’ve brought it up multiple times since last night. Strongly recommend the phyllo dough app; sweet potatoes; broccolini; and the strip steak.

Ordered the Thanksgiving take home pack and I can’t say enough good things about it. The packaging was great (sturdy and easy to reheat in the oven), absolutely everything tasted amazing - you could really tell they didn’t take any shortcuts cooking the food, the quantity was very generous, and the overall variety was exceptional. I will definitely do this again and will certainly make a point to come into the restaurant as well based on how great everything was here. Really amazing!
