The only reason that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars to the food was because the side dish of crispy potatoes was not as it should have been. Though crispy, the potatoes were completely dried out on the inside to the extent that it was difficult to eat them. This is not a hard dish to prepare and cook properly and I expect with some attention by the chef it will be corrected.
