Join us for an exceptional dining experience in Albuquerque’s gorgeous North Valley. We offer delightful seasonal dishes created from scratch with fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers and from our own on-site farm Sol Harvest. Delectable dishes inspired by New Mexico’s growing season will satisfy the omnivore as well as the vegetarian. Full entrees and small plates are complemented by craft beer and a diverse wine list. Enjoy intimate indoor dining in the winter and fall and take advantage of our beautiful outdoor patio in the spring and summer overlooking our lush ten-acre farm. Chef Martin Rios, and his wife, Jennifer, envisioned a certain ambiance where people from the community as well as Santa Fe’s many visitors could enjoy Chef Rios’ award-winning progressive American cuisine. This family-owned restaurant caters not only to tourists, but to a large and loyal local clientele. Chef Rios has been repeatedly honored for his innovative and pleasing combinations of flavors, colors and presentation. His unique style emphasizes fresh, local produce and organic meats and poultry, and reflects not only Southwestern and Asian influences but also his classic training in French technique. ## La Mama: A Santa Fe GemLocated steps from The Plaza, La Mama is a wine bar, restaurant, cafe and specialty market. By day this spot pulls fresh coffee and serves up full breakfast and lunch offerings. The lovingly rendered, light-filled 1915 bungalow has ground floor banquettes, a cozy mezzanine, a charming covered front porch and a convivial backyard patio. By night, La Mama transforms into a delicious dinner hang out serving food crafted from local and seasonal ingredients alongside a full list of natural wines, local tap beers and an extensive selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Start your meal with house-made focaccia with whipped local-milk ricotta, organic chicken liver paté or lamb crepinette. Continue on to larger dishes like the veg-friendly winter squash gnocchi garnished with piñon dust or the confit duck with black lentils and chard. Finish it all with something sweet like the salt-baked apple.

    Not only was every dish in the prix-fix menu totally delicious, but the portions were extremely generous... a welcome change from the past! What a lovely dinner! And the extra Yuzu Creamsicle that was served to the birthday girl was an amazing confectionary revelation!

    Restaurant Martin continues to be an underrated gem in Santa Fe. It should always be mentioned along the best in town. We had the short rib appetizer (so good) then the duck and barramundi special. Everything was lovely. Service was sharp, clean, and professional. Truly enjoyed our experience. It was a treat

    Great experience. Really good food. Loved the focus on locally grown/raised food. Our wine was unique and fascinating. Our server was attentive. What’s not to like?? Took us a while to get there, but we’ll be there many more times, I’m sure.
