We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.

Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro. Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms.     Went here with my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary as well as her birthday. The food was beyond spectacular, and the portions were very sizeable. Between all of our courses, additional treats and bites were brought out. They even customized our menus for us to remember the day. Every detail was accounted for. There was a variety of selections for each course and they timed every course perfectly. This was definitely a 10/10 experience and I would recommend this for anybody that is seeking a fine dining experience!

    The Allegrini wine dinner was beautifully orchestrated! The food and wine pairings were absolutely delicious! The service and friendly staff at Barolo always make you feel at home! The entire evening was perfection!

    We loved our experience at Pasque! Our waitress made a mistake with my allergy but quickly addressed it and the house manager came to also offer assurance that it would be taken care of. I very much appreciated that. Food was very good and we love the elevated ambiance. We will be returning.
