She was well versed in the menu and suggested offerings that were amazing. It was evident that the chef is passionate about each dish. From the short rib and beef tartare to the rockfish and tuna tartare, the flavors built upon each other from the base of the dish to the garnish. The bread is so soft! My lemon drop was delicious! I brought my mom with me and she is a picky eater but she got the fettuccine with the white bolognese and she raved about it all night! Said it was the best pasta she’s ever had! Service was warm and seamless! The dessert was the cherry on top! My mom was speechless from the pineapple carrot cat dessert!
