Pat 'Pops' Newland has been serving authentic British fish and chips in London since 1945, and from this he has recreated a restaurant serving one of Britain's best-loved dishes in a friendly setting, surrounded by authentic 1940s/50s memorabilia lovingly curated by Pops himself. The best fish &chips we’ve tried so far. Very pretty resto and everyone was friendly. We went for an anniversary lunch and they gave a complimentary dessert. It was really good. Also booking a table here was so easy :)

A truly great dining experience. Impeccable, friendly service, excellent fresh well prepared food. The fish was very fresh, and well prepared. This comes from a real fish connoisseur. The artichoke salad was perfection. And the tiramisu was the very best. Thank you, Santo Mare Team!
