Our Outdoor Cafe is complete with rain-proof awnings, fans, and electric heaters for your comfort. *Per the rules and regulations of the DINING OUT NYC Program, Outdoor Seating will be limited beginning 11.01.24. Weather permitting, outdoor tables will be first-come, first-served.Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. The Milling Room features seasonal New French-American cuisine, served in a sky-lit dining room and lively tavern-inspired bar in the heart of the Upper West Side.We are accepting reservations for the Main Dining Room. Our Tavern welcomes you for walk-ins.Our hours of operation for dinner are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm. We serve Brunch Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am - 3:30 pmWe have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time otherwise, we will release your table. For larger parties, 6+ we require a credit card to hold the reservation due to limited availability. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time or no-shows will be charged a $35 per person cancellation fee.

    Took my mom here for her 77th birthday and was so happy it was still decorated for Christmas, what a beautiful sight! The food and drinks were amazing and the cost for 4 of us was reasonable! Would definitely come back to Papillon Bistro and Bar when I visit NYC!

    Cafe Luxembourg has an upbeat, yet intimate aura all its own. The service was impeccable, and all the staff worked in perfect concert to delight their clientele. The Crème Brûlée was outstanding! It was the best I’ve ever had.

    Before posting this, I read a bunch of reviews and I can completely understand both the five star and the one star ratings - there is validity in both. This is not a big fancy hotel high tea. It is pricy for the amount of food/drink you are served. The location is small/intimate. But it was *perfect* for what I was going for. I booked this restaurant for a three generation event (grandma, me, and tween) - it was a delicious and sweet and pink experience! Fancy without being stuffy. Tea was good - although you have to let it steep before it is served and take out the bag before it steeps to long. Food was good, and the amount of food was just right - we all left feeling full, but not stuffed. Service was good. I'm satisfied!
