Laboratorio Kitchen offers guests a modern atmosphere paired with seasonal food and tender service. We are a BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. In addition there is a chef’s special menu featuring local and seasonal food from all over NJ, PA, and NY please keep in mind this menu changes weekly. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Our outdoor patio is weather permitting, if we cannot accommodate outside due to weather we will move you inside depending on availability. Some must try’s are the giant meatball, house made pastas, steak au poivre or our delicious day boat scallops!! The Odeon offers reservations for indoor and outdoor dining for parties up to 6 guests. Walk-Ins are welcome. Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. The food was outstanding and the desserts were out of this world! Service was not rushed, which we enjoyed. One of our entrees came out the wrong temperature but they remade it without a fuss. We will definitely go back.

I couldnt have picked a better place to enjoy my first dinner of 2025. For starters, the restaurant is visually beautiful and they perfectly curated the music to create a relaxing ambience. It is clear that management has a particular attention to detail and it is something I greatly appreciate in any dining experience. I was seated upstairs near the balcony overlooking the downstairs dining area. It felt intimate but still lively. My server was Alecta and she was absolutely incredible. She made solid recommendations and checked in regularly to ensure I was enjoying my dining experience. The food was a 10/10 and came out quickly. I ordered the lobster bisque and the 12oz Australian ribeye. At no point did I have to ask for anything because the staff was so attentive. I will absolutely be returning and I 100% recommend to anyone.
