Un proyecto joven que surgió durante la pandemia en la calle de Frontera 179, bajo el nombre de Casa Balandra, evoluciona a Pascal; un lugar más sofisticado con los mismos principios, donde buscamos promover el valor de la materia prima, así como la procedencia y elaboración de cada uno de los alimentos.
